Jours Fériés et Droit du Travail au Maroc

Les jours fériés officiels au Royaume du Maroc sont régis par les articles 217 à 230 de la Loi n° 65-99 relative au Code du travail et par le décret n° 2-00-166. Le calendrier marocain combine commémorations civiques nationales (comme la Fête du Trône et la Marche Verte), fêtes islamiques fondées sur le calendrier hégirien, et le Nouvel An Amazigh.

Rémunération du Férié

Majoration Salariale (100%)

Selon l'article 224 du Code du travail, le chômage des jours de fêtes payées ne peut entraîner aucune réduction de rémunération. Si un employé est amené à travailler un jour férié chômé, l'employeur doit verser son salaire régulier assorti d'une majoration de 100% (salaire doublé).
