In November, there is some good news in some flight routes and transport which help transfer more and more people to Vietnam and enjoy its charming beauty.

Air New Zealand to begin flying direct to Ho Chi Minh City

Air New Zealand on November 13 announced it would fly three times a week to Ho Chi Minh City from next June to October 2016, which will be extended in the following year. Flight time to Vietnam will be about 11 hours.Together with Thailand and Bali, Vietnam is now becoming a go-to holiday for New Zealanders. So this looks positive for both Vietnam tourism industry and New Zealand travellers.

 

Viet Nam Airlines to launch Hai Phong - Nha Trang service

National carrier Viet Nam Airlines has announced it will open a new air route between the northern port city of Hai Phong and the central coastal city of Nha Trang from November 15.

The airline will offer four round flights per week every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, using the Airbus A321. The one-hour and 45-minute flights are scheduled to take off at 8:20am from Nha Trang city in Khanh Hoa province and 10:50am from Hai Phong. Hai Phong is only 65km far from Ha Long Bay; therefore the travelers from Ha Long Bay could fly direct to Nha Trang. It saves time to travel from Ha Long or Hai Phong to Hanoi for getting on board.

One-way tickets for the route will be available for purchase from October 21 to December 15 at prices ranging from VND799,000 (US$35.9) to VND3 million (US$135), applicable to flights departing from November 15 to December 15 this year. The fares exclude taxes and additional fees.
