What information do we require?             
Depending on the which service you choose, we require general information - your name in full (exactly as shown in your passport), email address, home address, phone contact number and nationality.  Should we require more detailed information, ie - specific dietary requirements, we will request these as required to ensure that we provide the best service possible.
 
How do we collect your personal information?
We collect your data using forms on our website for hotel or tour bookings and use this information for the sole purpose of planning your trip.  We will only use your information for subscription to our newsletter or to inform you of special discounts or promotions.  We also request that you complete a feedback form for all or part of your tour in order for us to improve our services for future customers.  You can also agree to receive emails from other Holiday Explore clients, should you wish to do.

Payment security 
Payment can be made to Holiday Explore by credit or debit card. We will require your credit/debit card number, which can be emailed or faxed to us, or by phone contact. Emailed or faxed credit/debit card details should be destroyed or deleted following sending.
